Shipping
Edelweiss by Sarah uses UPS exclusively for delivery.  As soon as your credit card details are processed, Edelweiss by Sarah will send you a confirmation email.  YOu should expect to receive your merchandise within 3-10 business days.  If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Edelweiss by Sarah is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Edelweiss by Sarah purchase you may exchange it or return it for store credit.  Please note: Sale merchandise final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Edelweiss by Sarah will not accept returns/exchanges for any items without a tag or items that have been worn or washed. If a customer has received her order in which there were no tags attached to the merchandise, they  should notify us by email to info@edelweissbysarah.com on the same day in order to return/exchange the item.  Edelweiss by Sarah is not responsible for purchased goods that become damaged.  Mail returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the original ship date and should be send prepaid with a copy of your receipt.  Edelweiss by Sarah is not responsible for missing packages.
Edelweiss buy Sarah can deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet the return policy requirements.

Inventory Avaliabilty
Edelweiss by Sarah has a limited amount of inventory due to the size of our storefront.  Items purchased through the website may from time to time be out of stock.  If such a case arises, you will be contacted via email and you will be updated when your item becomes available again.

Privacy Policy
Edelweiss by Sarah is mindful of your right to privacy. Our site uses PayPal to increase the security of our customer's information.  None of the information given on this site will be sold to any party.  Edelweiss by Sarah will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process. Edelweiss by Sarah uses the personal information you provide to us for internal purposes, such as filing and tracking your order, analyzing trends and collection statistics.  Edelweiss by Sarah does not store your credit card information unless otherwise directed.
